Six Months That Changed Everything

December 2025. Meta acquires Limitless. EU and UK users lose access overnight. HIPAA protections removed. Minimum age dropped from 18 to 13. Users who had built intimate relationships with their device. Gone.

July 2025. Amazon acquires Bee. Two of the three most prominent AI wearables now owned by the two largest data-harvesting companies on earth.

February 2025. Humane AI Pin shuts down. HP acquires for $116M. 10,000 people paid €699. Every device bricks permanently. The conversations were gone. Or were they? Nobody knows. That is the problem.

2024–2025. Friend.com spends $1M on NYC subway ads. Many get defaced: “AI is not your friend.” “They want your data.” The market expressing its anger with spray paint.

The demand is proven. The architecture is fatally broken.

What We Are Building

A small pendant you wear. A device that is genuinely yours.

Not a service that requires our servers to stay running. Not a subscription. Not a cloud account in a piece of hardware. Something that understands, running on hardware you own, processing everything locally, accumulating knowledge over time. It cannot be turned off by a business decision. Yours. Architecturally, provably, permanently yours.

Listens intelligently. Worn on your body, always with you, always on at micropower. Wakes only when something meaningful happens. Processes everything on-device.

Learns you over time. Builds a persistent Personal World Model across memory, reasoning, and context, stored on your device, never transmitted.

Responds and acts. Answers questions, surfaces memories, notices patterns you haven't noticed yourself. No internet required for any of this.

What it does not do
  • Send audio anywhere. Ever.
  • Require a subscription.
  • Depend on a company staying alive.
  • Record other people.

What We Will Not Compromise

  1. The device always works without us. No server dependency. No kill switch. Ever.
  2. Audio never leaves the device. Not compressed. Not anonymized. Not for training. Never.
  3. No subscription. Ever. The device is purchased. It belongs to the user.
  4. Ship real things to real people. No announcements before working product.
  5. Small model. Perfect context. Beats everything. Understanding beats size.
  6. The longer they wear it, the better it gets. Every decision must compound.
